Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts

Since its opening in 2008, the Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts has been a treasure for residents and a triumph for the public-private partnership led by the New Albany Community Foundation that included the New Albany Company, the City, the school district and the township. The 35,000-square-foot center includes a 780-seat auditorium with state-of the-art acoustics, space for an art gallery and ballet and orchestra practice rooms. It is the site of more than 100 public events and performances by school children as well as local and national artists.
